Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Refunds are not applicable on items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or after the refund period has passed.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at mehrunisa9827@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days.

  3. If approved, you may be asked to return the product to our address (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect).

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (unless defective)

  • Digital or downloadable items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
